Passwords
can be obtained by referring to your Annual report form's Affiliate
ID box and removing the blank space between the last letter and
first numeral. For example,"ZZ 99" would become "ZZ99".

KAB certified affiliates can logon
by selecting the name of their organization and entering their affiliate
account password above. Affiliates can access this site to begin or resume
working on their on-line annual report interview as often as needed to
complete their report. Address changes or other contact information updates
as well as cost-benefit data may be recorded at this site throughout the
year.
